THE LAGOONA GUARANTEE

The mobile is guaranteed from the date of purchase and registration on the Lagoona aftersales service platform.

The accessories are guaranteed for 6 months.

GUARANTEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The following problems are not covered by our guarantee: deterioration, malfunction or failure due to external factors or incidents such as physical impact, breakage, damage caused by liquids or fire, dismantling of the device or installation of pirated software.
  • Lagoona offers a 12-month guarantee
    Once the guarantee has expired, Lagoona offers repair services to all customers. Upon request, we will provide a quotation and undertake to repair your mobile phone as quickly as possible.

IN THE CASE OF MALFUNCTION OR FAILURE

Before contacting us, make sure that:

  • your mobile phone is still under guarantee
  • the malfunction or failure comes from your device by inserting another SIM card
  • the problem is covered by the gurantee (see above)
